The BLACK ARTISTS BURROUGH is a radically inclusive, multi-functional artistic fellowship that aims to cultivate, educate, and create for the Black arts community. If you like what you see, join us!
We CULTIVATE
an extensive network/hub of artists, organizations, and resources that are readily accessible and available for the employment and engagement of our community.
We EDUCATE
emerging Black artists on the histories and heritage of Black art as well as encouraging the decolonization of our bodies and work respectively for the futures of our industry through outreach, scholarship, and formal academia.
We CREATE
collaborative, multi-disciplinary works that reflect the radical ideas of Black activism in both content and convention.
